Photomontages combine a photograph of a real-life scene with a computer generated 3D model to illustrate the 'before and after' impact of a development. Photomontages are becoming standard in high profile and sensitive planning applications, as well as private developments.
3D Animations are virtual tours which take the viewer on a journey through a development and leave nothing to the imagination. Walkthroughs are a virtual guided tour of an interior, customised to the exact specifications of both architects and designers.
3D Floor Plans bring 2D floor plans to life by adding three dimensional details included in the interior design plan. 3D Floor Plans enable potential clients to visualise the interior spaces in which they will live or work.
3D Shadow Studies involve utilising a 3D model of a development and artificial sunlight paths. The result of this process is the generation of a series of images, depicting shadows identical to that which would be created by the finished development.
